About South Summit Brazil
With 10 years of history, the South Summit has become a leading event in the global innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. In Brazil, the first edition took place in May 2022 and brought together more than 500 national and international speakers. Over three days, more than 20,000 people passed through Cais Mauá, totaling 40,000 contacts made and more than 2,500 1:1 business meetings between around 8,500 companies and 3,300 startups presenting their businesses. There were approximately 450 investors present at South Summit Brazil 2022, including more than 90 funds (20 international), with a total portfolio of investments that add up to more than $65 billion available for contribution.
