Intentó mejorar el ecosistema emprendedor español, cofundó y preside Chamberí Valley y MULTIVENT, una agencia de eventos innovadores con enfoque en ferias de carreras de universidad en España.

Paul Misener is Vice President for Global Innovation Policy and Communications. An Amazon veteran of 18 years, Paul is an engineer, attorney, and inventor named in three patents. Prior to his current role, in which he explains and advocates Amazon’s culture and methods of customer-obsessed innovation, Paul founded Amazon’s public policy operations and served as the company’s Vice President for Global Public Policy from February 2000 to May 2016. On behalf of Amazon and its customers, he has testified before the US Congress over 30 times, and many times before policymaking bodies around the world. In 2013, Paul chaired the technical subcommittee of the FAA’s advisory committee that recommended allowing airline passengers to use electronic devices during taxi, takeoff, and landing. Prior to joining Amazon, he was a partner in the law firm of Wiley, Rein & Fielding; for Intel Corporation he led the computer industry’s Internet Access Coalition; he was centrally involved in the development of digital televis

Erika, owns an Industrial Engineer degree from ICAI and accounts with an MBA from the ICADE Business School. After finishing her studies she has dedicated herself to the energy world, first in Repsol, then in Enagás, where she has worked in the areas of Business Development and Strategy and Market Analysis. She is currently the CEO of Bioengas, a start- up born within the intrapreneurship program powered by Enagás Emprende and which she has set up with her teammates David Beran and Sergio Rodríguez. Bioengas aims to develop and promote biogas and biomethane projects, participating in the entire value chain and implementing disruptive technologies.

Fernando was born in 1969 in Madrid, has a degree in Economics and Industrial Organization from the Madrid Autonomous University, obtained a Master in Business Administration in 1996 from ESADE-Wharton and completed the Esade-Wharton Advanced Management Program in 2010. With more than 15 years of experience in the Gas sector; he has been Commercial & Logistics Director at Enagás responsible for commercialization, marketing and logistics operations of infrastructures as well as technical services in the areas of LNG plants, gas transportation and underground storage, he is also coordinator of the “Core LNGas HIVE” Project. Fernando was recently appointed as General Director of Open Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship at Enagás, as a result of the incorporation of new competences for the future of Enagás through entrepreneurship and open innovation which focus on the development of natural gas markets (small scale, commercial transport models, etc.), as well as the study of new energies.

Professor Joe Haslam is the Executive Director of the Owners Scaleup Program at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. This is a program specially designed for small and medium sized companies that want to scale. He is also the presenter of the High Impact Online Program "Scaleup! How to Successfully Manage Growth" and the Academic Director of the Global Scaleup Program, a joint course offered by IE with the American University of Beirut. In the International MBA, he teaches an award winning elective called "Scaling Up Your Startup". In 1998, Prof Haslam was on the founding Team of Marrakech, a Dublin based e-procurement company that raised over $75m in Venture Capital and scaled to over 250 people. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Hot Hotels, the first company from Spain to be accelerated by the Techstars program in the USA (Boston, Summer 2015). He was born in Ireland and has an MBA from IE Business School. He has lived in Madrid for the past 15 years.

Rob Brown is currently BBVA’s Global CMO responsible for Digital Sales and Marketing, Design, Behavioral Economics and Responsible Business. Rob was initially brought on board in September 2016 to lead the Global Design Team, a team of 240 highly skilled designers in 11 countries. He was then tasked with merging Marketing and Responsible Business (BBVA’s citizenship agenda) into Design to create a new combined team in November 2016. With the team in place and a significant growth plan, Rob now leads the design strategy of the Global BBVA brand across all platforms and business units, drawing on his 20 years of expertise in building internationally recognized teams. His team has received Foresters top spot two years running in their European Mobile Banking Benchmark with BBVA’s mobile app, receiving the highest ever overall score. Prior to BBVA, Rob was the Global Head of Design for Barclays where he established and developed its award-winning design team.

Psychologist of the F.C. Barcelona from the season 2003-2004 until 2018, acting on the section of football and basketball in all the levels of competition, with special dedication to the first teams and also in the development of the educational and personal project of the residents of the Masía. Tennis player at national competition level from 1968 to 1981. For 35 years she has been working as a psychologist for numerous national and foreign tennis players who take part in the professional circuit of the ATP and the WTA as well as the DAVIS Cup. She has also worked with athletes from other sports, all of them first figures in their activity such as skiing, golf and professional horseback riding. As a trained clinical psychologist, she works by applying the Balint group technique, from medicine, to sports environments, innovating the way of managing people and teams in the field of professional sport, with very positive results.
