Ruchika is the general partner at Wisdom Ventures Fund and the founder of Mandala Ventures. After a successful corporate career of 25+ years at Google, Microsoft and Cisco she is accelerating growth of wellness innovation and compassion driven innovation. She is actively investing in the space of digital health and wellness and is an advisor to several start-up founders. Her goal is to connect the dots between the inner well-being to the outer; addressing climate change and social rife by radically knowing and transforming ourselves first.
