Mobile computing leads to customized solutions e.g. Jawbone allows consumers to build their own speakers, Trek allows customers to build their own bikes, Starbucks for coffee, etc. 3. On-demand: Insurance has been unable to capitalize on the on-demand theme that technology delivers. Consumers use mobile technology watch TV on-demand etc.. 4.
